2. Order Processing

After your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed:

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

  • During festive seasons, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Orders are dispatched only after successful verification and availability of the ordered products.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the assigned courier partner.

8. Packaging Standards

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Take clear photographs of the package and the damaged product.

  • Contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete delivery address

  • Correct PIN code

  • Active mobile number

  • Any additional delivery instructions, if required

We shall not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,

  • An incorrect product, or

  • An order with missing items,

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, you may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs or videos of the package and product

  • Details of the issue

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for resolution.

11. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, where applicable.

12. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders can only be delivered to serviceable addresses within India.
